The main advantage of LaTeX of MSWord, actually, from plain text-based language over WYSIWYG processor is the natural workflow connected with basic programming ideas and concepts. Only in 2019 to 2020 I had to do something similar with MSWord.

LaTeX is not for word processing. It's more for typesetting. Here's my view: If you want to write a quick note, you might use notepad. If you want to write something with a little more structure, maybe one or two simple table or equations, in a WYSIWYG environment, you use Word.
