  4. Oct 12, 2017 · Review of Kentucky Horse Park. Reviewed October 12, 2017 via mobile. This park was absolutely beautiful and perfectly wheelchair accessible. All of the barns and outbuildings, museums, gift shops and trails in between were very easy in a wheelchair. The outdoor beauty was stunning and the horse shows were absolutely wonderful.

  6. If by wheelchair or similar means, I would venture to say yes. You’d be able to see all the types of horses from around the world as well as the race winners’ show. Just about everything is walk through with no stairs or doors for that matter.
