Oct 12, 2017 · This park was absolutely beautiful and perfectly wheelchair accessible. All of the barns and outbuildings, museums, gift shops and trails in between were very easy in a wheelchair. The outdoor beauty was stunning and the horse shows were absolutely wonderful.

We strive to make the park fully accessible for everyone. We have a wheelchair available for our guests at the Visitors Center. We also have 2 motor scooters available - first come first served. During the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, there will be free handicapped-accessible shuttle service provided from free parking lots and partner hotels to the park, and internal accessible shuttles.
The Kentucky Horse Park is handicap accessible. They have handicap parking near the front entrance and from there to the Visitor's Center the sidewalks have ramps. There are no steps inside the Visitor's Center either. The International Museum of the Horse is handicap accessible as well.
