Yes, read the manga! I actually read it first before watching the anime (and followed it til the end) and I'd suggest you read from the start! The anime covers up to about chapter 15 (so you can start from chapter 16 too if you'd like), but it only covers a third of the manga (which is 49 chaps with lotsss of extra chapters). Enjoy!!
I have watched the anime and rewatched it a couple times now. However, I've always felt slightly unsatisfied with the ending, so I wanna know if its worth reading the manga to see more story and get a more satisfying ending.
Animes rarely do everything the same and usually leave information or good scenes from the manga out. It's not even that big of a time commitment, unless you're a very slow reader. The OVA's apparently cover an event before the anime and a chapter after the anime.
