  5. Pros. Cons. HSV is a great place to live, and it was originally built to be a senior village, but that changed about 20 years later. There are no schools inside the Village as it is a private community, and it is the largest (land-wise) gated community in the US. We are not dry, as it rains all 4 seasons.

  7. Apr 30, 2024 · I think Hot Springs Village is an excellent neighborhood for adults to stay healthy and engaged in activities and with community as they progress in age. There are very few people under the age of 50 living in Hot Springs Village, and the schools in the area are grossly underfunded. But the access to retirement activities is excellent.
