Sep 19, 2012 · “Hello, I Must Be Going” is a whimsical comedy about their developing relationship. She resists strongly, not because she doesn’t like the young man but because she finds their age difference impossible now and feels it will only grow more so over time.
What on the surface seems like an unconventional romance gives way to an insightful, oft-funny, and always relatable tale about a woman's emotional rebirth. This absolutely lovely, well-directed, written, and acted gem is one mature dramedy well worth seeking.

Dec 19, 2012 · Women, no such luck. In Hello I Must be Going, Amy’s parents and her brother are downright cruel. They’re derisive about her pain; her mother bluntly and condescendingly suggests that she go on anti-depressants, and they criticize her appearance at every turn.
