While you are entitled to your own opinion, it's an objective fact that 4 is a bad 'Halo' game. All of those points you listed fly in the face of objective reasoning. Firstly it's soundtrack was almost universally panned, with a few outlier tracks.

I do think halo 4 is a much under rated game, though I think for me Reach hits the balance of good story, great aesthetic and tight gameplay. I think you're right about the atmosphere of 4, it is up there, but I do think it didn't quite capture the wonder of the original Halo's ringworld.

A few shaky bits aside, the Halo 4 campaign hit all the right notes for me thanks to the over the top absurd set pieces, the amazing voice acting, as well as the ever-increasing power level of Master Chief. While as a first person shooter Halo 4 isn't breaking any new ground, 343 Industries has done a terrific job retaining the classic Halo gameplay.
