Greg Rucka - the last time Greg's 03 stuff got a reprint was 2019, so pretty recent. Maybe they were holding off for an omnibus based on reception to Rebirth trade sales, or if he ever got around to his Black Label work (Snyder's Batman omnibuses for example collected his Black Label work).
