Apr 12, 2017 · Greg Rucka has announced that DC Comics' "Wonder Woman" #25 will be his last issue on the title. Before fans begin speculating on the reason for his departure, however, the writer assures everyone that it was his decision to make, explaining he "can’t maintain the pace on the title while also fulfilling my commitments to my other collaborators."

Greg Rucka - the last time Greg's 03 stuff got a reprint was 2019, so pretty recent. Maybe they were holding off for an omnibus based on reception to Rebirth trade sales, or if he ever got around to his Black Label work (Snyder's Batman omnibuses for example collected his Black Label work).
