Jan 19, 2021 · Spread over two acres on the east side of Manhattan is Gramercy Park, one of only two private parks in New York City. (The other is in Sunnyside, Queens.) Few parts of New York represent wealth and exclusivity quite like this spot, which famously requires a key to enter.
Note: Gramercy Park is a private park, and film companies are not usually allowed to shoot there.

Gramercy Park is indeed lovely and quiet - mainly because it is a PRIVATE park with access given only to the 250 people who have keys. You can walk around it and peer in through the fence.There are also some lovely buildings facing the park including the fab New York Arts Club.
Enjoy everything Gramercy Park has to offer, including access to the park (the only private park in Manhattan, the key must be purchased)! Nice light, high ceilings, hardwood floors, large open kitchen, tons of storage with 2 large walk-in closets.
