I think I finished the drama in about 2 days after skipping every goblin/goblin’s bride scene and just watched Grim and Sunny’s scene. The drama was so slow for me and I had such high hopes for it.
Nevertheless, there is some X-factor that makes Goblin worth a watch - if nothing else, there are some pretty iconic scenes/OST songs. I think you will particularly like it due to your affinity to the fantasy dramas you mentioned, but it's probably worth a try even if you end up not liking it.
