- Ghidorah. Though not native to Earth or even the strongest creature on the planet, Ghidorah is indeed an alpha Titan in the cinematic world of Godzilla and Kong.
- Godzilla. It’s a no-brainer that a monster known as the King of the Monsters is an alpha Titan. After all, it makes sense that it would take one to beat the acting alpha – and that’s exactly what happened in Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ ending.
- Kong. Interestingly, at least one Titan heard Ghidorah’s call in King of the Monsters but chose not to answer it. In the movie’s novelization, it was stated that Kong was aware of Ghidorah, but the King of Skull Island simply had no interest in heeding the Titan’s call.

- Methuselah. Methuselah (Titanus Methuselah) is a massive mountain Titan which resides underground in a dormant state near Munich, Germany. Monarch has been monitoring the Titan from Outpost 67 and its biblical name may imply that it is one of the oldest Titans they've studied.
- Behemoth. Behemoth (Titanus Behemoth) is a Titan with the appearance of a large ape crossed with a woolly mammoth; its body looks like a primate, but it also has large, curled tusks protruding from its mouth and is covered in a thick, brown fur.
- Scylla. Scylla (Titanus Scylla) is a gigantic Titan who resembles a spider and lies dormant under oil fields in Arizona where it's being monitored by Monarch.
