  4. I completely agree with Garp's Strength. Good evidence of this is how the Blackbeard crew reacted when Garp and Sengoku joined forces to fight. In terms of Haki, I am unsure as to if Garp has the Conquerors Haki. I feel that he does not have it, but a very strong grasp on the other two areas of Haki instead.
