Nov 24, 1999 · The plot of “Flawless” is too busy and sometimes strays into fictional hinterlands; Rusty’s posse of drag friends has a way of turning up on cue, like the factory workers in “Carmen.” A subplot about hidden drug money is a creaky distraction. But when the movie involves Walt and Rusty, it has a wacky charm.
The film received generally positive to average reviews from critics. As of 24 April 2008, the review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes reported that 56% of critics gave the film positive reviews, based on 93 reviews. Metacritic reported the film had an average score of 57 out of 100, based on 21 reviews.

FLAWLESS is a very good movie for adults and teens. It's probably okay for preteens too, but they might be bored by it, since it is set up much like a Hitchcock thriller instead of James Bond. There is one "f**k" in addition to one "d**n" and one "piss".
Review by Faethor Ferenczy ★★★. Nothing at all wrong with the acting and I thought Michael Caines performance was very good. The story was OK and the premise, I thought was clever and had potential. It never quite lived up to that potential though.
