  5. stormcaller_op. • 5 yr. ago. I think his passive makes up for that. 2 skills stay the same, 1 skill just flat buffed (%hp damage and multiple targets on W) and 2 new abilities, E just used differently to accomplish the same thing, but passive changes the way you’ll play the champion.
