Exo-man was a really good effort considering the technology of the time. Had the film been made today it would probably look much better. In this film Our hero, Nicholas Conrad, (David Ackroyd) is a physics professor and research scientist. He is also an avid jogger with a drive for competition, and of course strong moral convictions.
The makers of EXO-MAN thought they spotted a need going unmet and sunk to the occasion, giving us the world's first inflatable hero, the Easily Eluded Exo-Man. David Ackroyd plays Dr. Nicholas Conrad, a passionate college professor and scientist who runs a lot, does laundry, and who CARES, damn it, about his students and his girlfriend and about science, sweet science, that elusive temptress.
