Eldrad is one of the most powerful Psykers in 40K, he's even capable of projecting a psychic beacon akin to the Astronomicon with his mind, and has slain Keepers of Secrets while within their own Daemon Worlds in the Eye of Terror. I could post a fuckton of quotes about his power as I've read every book / source that featured him.
In the 4th edition Eldar codex, its stated that it's impossible for humans to learn more than the basics of the Eldar language since so much of it refers to Eldar mythology and the Eldar psyche that it's not possible for a human to understand it.
