Dreamfall Chapters offers a satisfying conclusion for Dreamfall: TLJ. Specifically for Zoe's story and the whole Azadi conspiracy. And yes, the game is fully completed, all the chapters are out. I would also like to warn you that in terms of gameplay, Chapters is mostly walking around and talking with very very few puzzles and QTE.
I personally think Dreamfall was the best of the series. I still haven't gotten any closure tho. The last game made me feel even more confused about the story than the second one did.
