  2. Its a good film, but it’s hard to recommend because it requires a more-than-casual familiarity with The Room to fully comprehend. Also, it gives a pretty big pass to Tommy Wiseau’s darker tendencies/impulses as told by Greg Sestero’s memoirs on which the movie is based.

  6. As much as I liked the movie, the book is honestly very very good. I highly recommend the audio version. It's narrated by the author, who played mark in The Room and he says all of tommy's dialogue in his accent.
