Colfe's School, previously Colfe's Grammar School, is a co-educational private day school in Horn Park in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, in southeast London, England, and one of the oldest schools in London. The school is a member of the Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference.

1626 Colfe first proposes the foundation of a grammar school in Lewisham. 1635 The Leathersellers' Company agrees to become trustees of Colfe's School. 1652 The Free Grammar School is officially opened on Lewisham Hill on 10th June. Colfe's School and the Leathersellers' Company, 1652-date 1657 Abraham Colfe dies on 5th December, aged 77.
The average year group has between 120 to 130, with class sizes of approximately 24 pupils. A third of any year group will be made up of pupils from Colfe’s Junior School. Candidates are required to spend a full school day at Colfe’s. The morning will consist of assessments in English and Mathematics and a group interview.
The pupils were evacuated to schools in Tunbridge Wells and Somerset and then spent many years in temporary accommodation before the school re-opened in 1964 on the site it occupies today. At that time it was a grammar school for boys, but Colfe’s became independent in 1977, thus ensuring the continuance of its tradition of excellence.
