But then he meets billionaire Armand McMillian, who takes a shine to the young bum — so much so that he leaves his invention company to him upon his death. Unfortunately, Armand’s nephew, Bradford, only gets a surfboard.

So, it's CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD that bad as its rating and reviews might say? No. Now it's not a good movie, but still funny in spots. When the movie begins we are introduced to Edison (Carrot Top), a slacker surfer and part-time inventor that lives in his home by the sea with his two surfer buddies.
