Jul 8, 2016 · Cell completely fails on almost every level. It's poorly directed, it looks bad, has phoned in performances (save for Samuel L. Jackson and Stacey Keach) it's a shockingly bad script from Stephen King, and it's just confusing and poorly paced. Where the movie excels, however, is at being an unintentional laugh-out-loud comedy hit.
