In general, Lv. 1-3 you can play for push and will generally have stronger trades than your opponent because Camille's abilities are all nuts at Rank 1. Lv. 2 you have an extremely powerful all-in so if you hit 2 first insta-skill hookshot and get in there.
i often hear people say that Camille is very difficult to play and has a high skill floor/ceiling comparing her to Fiora and riven and that she's hard to climb with.
Imo jax is the hardest matchup, fiora/riven are skilled and the rest ones you would just need to understand the matchup and the scaling of both champs, with the divine sunderer i still consider camille an S tier despite the nerfs. When the item gets nerf camille will drop perhaps to tier B.
