So from Butcher's perspective, when he meets the boys again in episode 1 of this season, it's only been 2 or 3 days since the season 1 finale . But just watching the show makes you feel like it's been a long time. It seems like the boys are living under that pawnshop for a long time.
This five-minute piece is not more than an advertisement, than "fan service". It is well done, but does not sustain itself independently from the series. Indeed, it shows much less than part of a single episode.
