In Bangkok Dangerous, a US remake of a Thai movie of the same name, Cage plays an American hit man who must travel to Bangkok, Thailand, for a new contract. Once in Bangkok, he has to kill four high-profile people but, once he does, he’ll make so much money he’ll be able to retire for life.
He's been hired to assassinate four men in Bangkok and plans to retire immediately after the last one. But after Joe hires a witty pickpocket (Shahkrit Yamnarm) as his go-between and meets a gorgeous deaf-mute pharmacist (Charlie Young), he starts breaking the rules and questioning his final hit.

Apr 2, 2020 · I enjoyed this movie far more than I thought I would, however, only due to the fact I thought I was going to hate it. It wasn’t the most interesting movie and didn’t have the greatest plot, but Nic’s character was believable and well acted.
Shooting much of the film dark and shadowy made it difficult to follow many of the action scenes, which is quite obviously a no-no for an action movie. As for said action sequences, there is plenty of it and violence to keep gore hounds satiated.
