- Silvers Rayleigh. The man who was second-in-command to the King of the Pirates is doubtless to be one of the strongest swordsmen in One Piece. While Rayleigh hasn't had the opportunity to demonstrate his skill or strength too much, fans do know he can at least hold his own against an Admiral.
If Atomic Samurai and Flashy Flash fought, I believe Atomic Samurai would have the advantage. Although FF moves with his body faster, AS can move his sword even faster. And clearly AS outclasses him in skill if he is the best swordsman in the entire OPM world
