Definitely worth watching. The first few seasons slug on at times, but it really picks up steam and is worth every second. The characters are lovable, the plot is well-crafted, the twists are shocking, and it’s overall fantastic!

Agents of SHIELD is a 6/10 overall (average) with earlier episodes being the worst (5/10) and later episodes being the best (7/10). If you are familiar with Marvel comics or the MCU, then you will get more out of the show.
The Netflix shows don't really tie-in too much with Agents of SHIELD and MCU but I'd say start watching Agents and then if you need a break jump over to Daredevil season 1 and watch the other Netflix shows in release order.
