The full set now fully recovers your stamina after each kill, by the way. (Beginner) Using steroids when you have a sprained or broken limb prevents you from taking damage when using that limb. It also stops the timer from increasing when using the limb and reduces the speed penalty of damaged legs.

Craft padded armor from duct tape and cloth for cheap early game protection. It might save you if you get surrounded by 2 feral zombies early game with no stamina or unloaded shotgun. Having 2 hp left is way better than having zero ;) It's cheap and efficient until you find something better.
