Charmingly made, it is one of the rare rom-coms to actually have any real impact in the cinematic world. Don’t miss the opening credits at all, for it is one of the quirkiest I have ever seen!

Note: The movie’s poster insists the title is “(500) Days of Summer.” Led by Variety, every single film critic whose review I could find has simply ignored that punctuation. Good for them.
