Sep 24, 2004 · The first scene is pretty much the action comedy one would expect with Jackie Chan, but afterwards the jokes are sparse. On the other hand, the over-the-top story is hard to take seriously. And some scenes, like the rampaging bus, are overly long and drawn out.
