Oct 29, 2021 · Trailer for In Those Days. The most bitter resentment of idol fans ironically comes from within the friend group. When Tsurugi first talks to him, Kozumin, the Miki Fujimoto otaku, dismisses any potential coolness about the rest of the gang, describing them as unemployed, sleazy, middle-aged men. But he turns out to be the slimiest out of them all.
Project singer Aya Matsuura. He begins following “idol” groups – and in doing so, meets a number of similar-minded young men. They decide to form a band – resurrecting a dream he once had of becoming a bassist in a pop group. The band picks up a small cult following among fellow idol group fans.
