Talk to Mondstadt's Branch Master
Pay the Branch Master Cyrus a visit at Mondstadt. The quest will automatically unlock and trigger once you started talking to him. Mondstadt Map Guide
Talk to Cyrus
Talk to Cyrus and listen to him tell you about the Treasure Hoarders who snuck in during the recent storm. He will then ask you to steer clear of their camps to put an end to the matter.
Defeat the Enemies Near to the Dawn Winery
The first group of Treasure Hoarders will be located a couple of steps away from the Statue of Seven in Dawn Winery. You will obtain a Treasure Hoarder's Mapduring your fight against them.
Defeat the Enemies Guarding the Camps
Teleport to the Waypoint nearby Wolvendom and walk a little over ahead. Defeat the Treasure Hoarders guarding the camps.
