To complain is useless, because the so-called complaint form does not work (how should it, if you do not even get a ticket number) or because complaints are simply ignored and sometimes even dismissed as spinning. My opinion: Some of the self-appointed moderators are sometimes very arrogant and convinced of themselves (exceptions prove the rule).

  4. I have tried to contact customer service for over 6 month now and suggested they call me to verify and other things like that. They just answer "we can´t help". and every mail after that has been ignored.
