- Open mail.google.com and sign in with your email address.
- Click the gear icon on the right-hand side of your Gmail page. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
- Select the “Accounts and Import” link from the navigation at the top. If you are already a Google Apps user, open the “Accounts” tab.
- Click on “Check mail from other accounts (Using POP3)” and select “Add POP3 account.” Type in the email address for the account you wish to transfer from.
