Feb 24, 2023 · The screenlock must be new because it didn't happen before I updated it. I tried to see how to turn that off, but all I find is the Screen Timeout and the phone's actual lock, same for google searches. I can't find ANYTHING on this screen lock.
Locking the screen doesn't turn off notifications for incoming calls or messages. Press the Power/Lock key on the top of your device. To unlock the screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
Oct 15, 2018 · Check your device administrators. I think it's in Settings > Security. You should be able to search your settings for "Administrator". Try disabling administrator privileges for any apps there, then check if you can remove the pattern unlock.

To perform a hard reset, remove the battery for a few seconds and then reinsert.
For a soft reset, press and hold the Alt, Right-Shift, and Backspace/Delete keys.
Open the battery cover on the back of the BlackBerry.
Remove the battery from the phone.
You can perform a hard reset on the BlackBerry Z10 by pressing and holding the Power button on the top of the phone for about 10 seconds.
