Jun 12, 2023 · failed to reset my ipad I have no access to my ipad, somehow the passcode is not correct. I followed the steps on the apple website to restore via Itunes. Itunes finds the Ipad and i get the menus to restore. It seems Itunes is stuck here. it shows already more then 30 min preparing Ipad to restore.
