On your PC: Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices. Select the Phone Link from the list. Toggle Off and On Phone Link. Relaunch Phone Link on your PC by tapping Open Phone Link. If this doesn't work, you'll need to reset your apps on both devices. On your Android device:
