Go to Options > Security > General > Press Menu > Wipe Handheld. That is NOT how to Reset to Factory Default. That is how to perform a Security Wipe, which is not the same. The Security Wipe procedure does NOT erase configurations and settings, only data. The answer is: loader.exe /resettofactory.
