  3. Nov 9, 2007 · Just program your speed dial #1 as *86. I thought of that but I think it use to say voicemail when I pressed the 1 key. Bothers me a little that it would only show *86 if I did that. Sure I could add a voicemail entry to my address book and select that but then it has a (W) or (H) depending on where I put the number.

    To perform a hard reset, remove the battery for a few seconds and then reinsert.

    For a soft reset, press and hold the Alt, Right-Shift, and Backspace/Delete keys.

    Open the battery cover on the back of the BlackBerry.

    Remove the battery from the phone.

    You can perform a hard reset on the BlackBerry Z10 by pressing and holding the Power button on the top of the phone for about 10 seconds.
