Jun 16, 2022 · Clicked on that, will bring to previous screen of "Connect to Wi-Fi" I am stuck here only.. no where to go. Tried all swipe left right top down.. tried soft reset.. whenever open, have same setup screen.
This guide here got me all set up (I did this 5 days ago). You may need to use a OTP (One-time passcode, learn more here about how to set up that) to enroll your device in Google Account Manager, Google Settings, and Blackberry Google ID. I recommend you play that as you go and see if you need one or not.

Oct 25, 2022 · To perform a hard reset, remove the battery for a few seconds and then reinsert. For a soft reset, press and hold the Alt, Right-Shift, and Backspace/Delete keys. To restore your Blackberry to its original factory settings, go to Options > Security Settings > Security Wipe.
