Feb 27, 2022 · The ‘Connecting to WiFi’ page will appear. Select a WiFi network, add the password and press ‘Connect’. After trying to connect, the options to select a WiFi network will reappear. Don’t select a network again, just press the ‘Next’ button. Now this is the point where the ‘Regional Update’ page should appear.
Start up your device and proceed to the "Connect To A Mobile Network" screen. Press the Power button of your device three times in quick succession. You will hear a short chime if successful. (You may need to try pressing the Power button three times and then tapping the screen quickly with two fingers.)

This guide here got me all set up (I did this 5 days ago). You may need to use a OTP (One-time passcode, learn more here about how to set up that) to enroll your device in Google Account Manager, Google Settings, and Blackberry Google ID. I recommend you play that as you go and see if you need one or not.

Now tap the skip button and double tap on the screen to go to WiFi setup again. At this point if the Anti Theft feature has been removed you should begin to hear the screen reader say "Blackberry ID" then follow the steps in the Ultimate Fix.
