Before you start. This guide will show you how to set up Internet on your BlackBerry by setting up the network manually. 2. Swipe left and select Settings. 3. Select Networks and Connections. 4. Select Mobile Network. 5. Select APN. 6. Select Reset Defaults. 7. Select Restore. Your phone will reset to default Internet settings.
First, you need an autoloader. Download the corresponding one for your device here: BB10 Autoloaders. Turn off your device, plug it into your computer and run the autoloader. It'll do its job and you should be at the setup screen!
Do one of the following: • On a Windows computer, click Back Up & Restore. Click Factory Reset. • On a Mac computer, click BlackBerry Link > Preferences. Click Reload > Reload.
