I know the command with password... netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=Myhotspot key=password netsh start hosted network. It only starts hotspot with a password protection.

Turn off the “Share my Internet connection with other devices” toggle switch to disable the mobile hotspot on Windows 10. Mobile hotspot disabled. After you complete the steps, Windows 10 will stop sharing the internet connection over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
