Jun 24, 2015 · There are basically 2 forms of reset: a "hard" or "cold" reset, and a "soft" or "warm" reset. Most of the time, a "soft" reset is all that's necessary, but sometimes you need to take it a bit further. I recommend trying a soft reset first, and if that doesn't work, try a hard reset.
First, you need an autoloader. Download the corresponding one for your device here: BB10 Autoloaders. Turn off your device, plug it into your computer and run the autoloader. It'll do its job and you should be at the setup screen!
Sep 5, 2010 · Uninstall all OS versions you haveo the PC. Install AT&T's .822, then install WB's 7.1 over it. Don't forget to delete vendor.xml if you're not on AT&T. (I'd take my time to use BBHybridsTool-pub.exe while you're at it, and get rid of useless stuff). Download and install BBSAK, use the Wipe Device feature.
