Apr 27, 2016 · Whether you’re jump starting a frozen phone or restoring a handset to factory defaults before passing it on, sometimes you need reset your Blackberry to get it working again. There are a number of simple ways to do this, from removing the phone’s battery to wiping its settings.
First, you need an autoloader. Download the corresponding one for your device here: BB10 Autoloaders. Turn off your device, plug it into your computer and run the autoloader. It'll do its job and you should be at the setup screen!

Jun 24, 2015 · There are basically 2 forms of reset: a "hard" or "cold" reset, and a "soft" or "warm" reset. Most of the time, a "soft" reset is all that's necessary, but sometimes you need to take it a bit further. I recommend trying a soft reset first, and if that doesn't work, try a hard reset.
