Press Wipe Data to initiate the process. The security wipe will begin, and your device will be restored to factory settings once completed.

Hard resetting the Blackberry can be achieved by entering in the unlock password incorrectly more than 10 times. After doing this the phone will ask you to type in the word ‘blackberry’ and click OK. The phone will then proceed to wipe itself of all existing data.
