For security reasons, the only way that you can reset your BlackBerry device password without knowing your current device password is to delete all of your device data. You can typically do this by entering an incorrect device password ten times.
There are two ways to reset your password for your BlackBerry device before resorting to a full reset. The first is to reset the password from your device by tapping or clicking the "Forgot Password" button when prompted to sign into your BlackBerry ID.

No way to get around it unfortunately and no tricks with the Desktop software, if you plug it into the PC it will ask for the device password. Most common passwords are were wersdf 1234 123456 pass password qwerty. I think you can erase it using the desktop software.
May 30, 2016 · You can't remove a device password by any other means than by disabling it after typing it in. The one exception is typing it incorrectly 10 times and forcing a security wipe. Although at that point, BlackBerry Protect will require you to type in your current BBID in order to set your phone up again

If you still know your BBID or the device has an OS that is earlier than 10.3.2.###, you can get back into the device after it has wiped, but it will be in an out of the box state, no data, messages, or third party apps.
