Mar 2, 2011 · I was trying to retrieve pictures off my BlackBerry, so I installed the desktop manager off the BlackBerry User Tools CD. Once I did that it indicated that I needed to restart the computer. After that, all I get is the blue Vista Home Premium screen and nothing happens after that.
