To find out how much of your storage limit you're using in Yahoo Mail:
1.Click the settings gear icon in Yahoo Mail.
2.Select More Settings.
3.Your total storage and the percentage of it you're using appear in the lower-left corner of the window.
Yahoo Mail provides 1 TB (a terabyte is the equivalent of about 200 high-definition movies) of online storage, which includes attachments. Filling this space might take a while, but it's possible, especially if some emails are large and full of attached files.
If you're nearing the upper limit of your storage quota in Yahoo Mail, free up some space. Empty the Trash and Spam folders, delete old messages with attachments, and back up your messages to another device.

Oct 10, 2022 · I'm now answering you why your Mail App takes so big storage. Please check your Mail (in Control Panel), then check Data Files, Open File Location, and see what inside your Outlook or else? Mine one is about 4GB for MAP Mail server.
