Refunds are paid in the following order: Federal Stafford Loans (subsidized and unsubsidized), PLUS Loans, Pell, SEOG Grants, required refunds of other federal, state, private, or institutional assistance, to the student.
Tuition Refunds. Course registration creates a financial obligation to GCC. A tuition refund is only effective upon formal (written) withdrawal. The student can withdraw in writing in the Record’s Office or at any campus center location.
A tuition refund computation is not based on the amount paid, but on the total amount of tuition and fees assessed. If you have a tuition balance at the time you withdraw from class(es), the refund (if any) will be credited to your account.
